Through this model, we help the customer set up the contact centre from start to finish. Once the centre and services are well established, management and ownership is transferred to the customer. Managed Outsourced Delivery Model

Managed Outsourced Delivery Model follows the Fully Outsourced Delivery Model; the only difference is that a manager from the customer organization is located at the offshore delivery center. This approach provides an added level of confidence because of the presence of an experienced company manager, while it takes full advantage of the offshore partner's knowledge of local laws and culture.

 
Fully Outsourced Delivery Model

In the Fully Outsourced Delivery Model an entire business process is moved to our offshore facility in order to leverage complete expertise and cost benefits offered by the outsourcing partner. This model works best for routine, non-core business processes. The outsourcing company takes complete responsibility for carrying out the business process. The customer ensures quality control mechanisms on process outcomes, but does not directly manage the process.

Tertiary Delivery Model (TDM)

Opsis Technologies's tertiary delivery model (TDM) is an in-house innovative customized solution.

TDM is a fully outsourced delivery model with strict adherence to security measures and compliance norms. The model was created to enable natural extensions to our in-house programs and to offer services to customers wanting to run their programs across multiple centers with a single contact point. The model allows Opsis Technologies the flexibility to accommodate customers with every request in terms of immediate scalability for human intensive programs. TDM is best suited for processes which require minimum data security levels.

We at Opsis Technologies have successfully created a network of BPO centers (Service Delivery Partners). All these centers run as independent entities but work under the Opsis Technologies umbrella for the programs offered by us. We have ensured through our world-class processes that the control on quality, productivity and ownership of deliverables rests with us.

Our teams of specialists work with the selected partner center based on the centers' competency and handle all deliverables in-line with the specified SLAs.

Our team assists the partners during business transition, training, and compliance to quality parameters, delivery and reporting.

Opsis Technologies lays down the quality assurance parameters and performance matrix for each partner center.

All programs offered by us are monitored and provided with assistance per requirement. The monitoring is done at both agent and the operational front.
