Mr. Bhaskar is the President & Chief Architect
Anil Bhaskar has been instrumental for delivery of products and services in the excess of $10MM representing more than 200 man years of effort in the past 5 years. Prior to that he has worked with many Fortune 500 companies such as MCI Worldcom, Lucent and PSEG as a Business Consultant. |
Anil has 18 years of experience in sales and marketing in the Publishing and Healthcare markets in the US. With his vast experience in outsourcing, he has developed an in-depth understanding of delivering products and services using India as a delivery ground. Anil has a BS in Engineering from Nagpur University, India. |

 Vineet Dhawan – C.E.O.
Mr. Dhawan is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Vineet has been a successful professional in the Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services Industry, having earlier been part of major success stories in IT Training, IT Products and Services and Consulting. He started his stint in the ITES Industry barely three years ago with a medium-sized call center as Head of Business Development and moved to an US MNC for Asia Pacific as Head Business Development and Sales. In 2006, his roots which were embedded in firm business soil, surfaced strongly in the form of a major enterprise push and he co-founded Auxano Technologies.

Vineet has over 16 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales Consultancy, Market Research, Product Positioning and Launching and Organizational Development Consultancy. He brings to the table overseas exposure in key and large account management as well as mergers and alliances. A Graduate in Computer Sciences from the University of Pune he holds various professional certifications from IBM and Microsoft. His organizational and commercial experience, coupled with enterprise behavioral training experiences, make him a valuable Auxanoite.

 Samir Chandarana – C.O.O.
Mr. Chandarana is the Chief Operating Officer and Director
Samir’s previous experiences include consulting and heading operations for Indian based call centers. In his last assignment he was responsible for the Deliveries of the entire Asia-Pacific region for an American firm with interests in the IT & ITES industries. His extensive knowledge of the US, Canadian and UK markets, process driven approach and quest for taking on challenges has been a key factor in helping him put various organizations on the winning track. Hailing from a business background himself, he forayed into a new venture and co-founded Auxano Technologies.

Samir has over 14 years of cross-functional experience in Sales, Strategy Planning, Business Transition, Operations and Delivery. In his last 7 years in the ITES space he has successfully planned, transitioned & implemented various overseas businesses with customized solutions for a number of BPO operations across a wide range of verticals. A Bachelor of Engineering (Computers), he holds various professional certifications in Quality. His solution oriented approach, excellent analytical skills, strategic planning with an eye for detail and admirable management skills, makes him a key player at Auxano. |

 Christopher Wakare, A.V.P. - Technology
Mr. Wakare is the Assistant Vice President - Technology
A hard-core technical expert, Christopher has extensive experience leading teams to develop and maintain application software, with expertise in Object Oriented Design and Programming using .NET, Visual C++, Java, Visual Basic 6.0, COM & UML, Ektron 400.net (CMS). His other strengths are server side development and tuning as well as good debugging skills. |
Christopher has over 15 years of experience which includes project management, client-to-project team liaison, requirement analysis, design and development, testing and implementing application software. A Bachelors Degree in Engineering formed the foundation of a successful career in the Software Industry. His strong learning, communication and inter-personal skills coupled with his acute technical acumen is what makes him one of the most valuable assets to Auxano.
